ResetExceptional delivery and a valuable experience
The topic delivery was exceptional as we were all made to feel at ease and party to the proceedings. We were given many opportunities to seek answers through questioning and were able to confirm that we understood the elements presented. There was also a good mix of experienced driven examples and means to demonstrate how ISO 9001 2025 was incorporated in the workplaces. I enjoyed all the modules and attribute this to the Tutor and his presentation skills and valuable experience.
