Pleasantly surprised with how well the virtual classroom worked
Normally I prefer to do training courses in person as I feel the conversation flows better and the course tends to be more dynamic. However, in this instance I was pleasantly surprised with how well David made it feel that we were all in the room together. It didn’t feel stilted or impersonal at all, and I think this is entirely down to how well David communicated with us throughout the day.

Phenomenal training
The training was phenomenal , with precise and clear resources supplied by Bywater. Backed up by truly memorable delivery from Alan Carr. He was so engaging and included everyone in the discussions and his stories of auditing experience were so interesting.
