Helen attended ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training in Bristol in June 2017, she has been able to update her skills so that she can assist clients on the the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

What were your training objectives?

To be in a better position to prepare clients for the ISO 9001 transition process and guide them through external audits to the revised standard.

What learning did you take from the course?

Minimal slides certainly increased concentration levels. The presenter was fully engaged with other people’s experiences and provide a plethora of analogies and visual ideas  that helped me retain large quantities of information

Have you been able to apply anything since the course?

Yes, I have since managed to secure additional consultancy work to integrate 14001 & 9001 systems

What have been the benefits for you and the business?

I am now confident to able to offer 9001:2015 internal auditing services to my clients

How was the tutor?

Fantastic presentation given by the Dave Ashton. Dave’s approach of mixing anecdotes, visuals and minimal slides provided me with the right conditions for learning. I was anticipating the role playing situations however Dave made it a very comfortable experience for which I am truly grateful
