Welcome to our face-to-face training venues

General

With our full programme of training courses now determined for 2026, we are just finalising contracts with our UK-wide face-to-face venues.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we continue to have conversations with training and accommodation venues to ensure the highest quality of service for delegates.

While some improvements are continuously being implemented in the background, delegates may be pleased to hear of two significant changes.

Those attending training courses at Bristol Engineers House can now use parking reserved specifically for Bywater. This historic city centre venue is just outside Bristol’s Clear Air Zone, with easy links to the M5 and M4. The venue also offers overnight accommodation for delegates.

For those wishing to stay overnight while attending London training courses, our accommodation partner is now Park Plaza. It’s an excellent choice for post-course evenings, offering an Italian restaurant, fitness and wellness facilities, and an opportunity to visit local attractions. The hotel is just 3 minutes from Victoria Station and a 10-minute walk from the course venue – and it offers parking which is outside the congestion zone. As part of the Radisson hotel group, the Park Plaza has a reputation for quality, space and comfort.

We value your feedback on your experience at our venues and review all the input we receive after the course.
