The wellbeing of our delegates and staff is paramount and we are working closely with all of our training venues and are continually reviewing government guidelines relating COVID-19 to ensure that our training courses can be delivered safely. We are limiting group sizes in accordance to the room space available, revising group activities to prevent the sharing of materials and workstations and undertaking COVID-19 risk assessments at all venues.
De Vere Devonport House have introduced their Wellbeing at Heart programme to create carefully crafted safety measures to ensure your visit, and stay, is a safe one.
There will be heightened cleaning procedures throughout public areas, including jet action sanitiser ‘misting’ throughout the hotel and deployment of sanitising stations at all entrances. Meeting rooms will be provided with staggered break times and carefully planned zoning to provide groups with designated areas and allocated refreshment points to reduce unrequired movement between meetings. Wellbeing hygiene kits will be available in every bedroom and leisure facilities will be available via a new booking system to reduce numbers, with outdoor exercise areas also available.
Delegates must follow legal government guidance regarding possible or confirmed coronavirus infections. Please do not attend if you have experienced any symptoms, including a new continuous cough, a high temperature, a loss of, or change in, your normal taste or smell (anosmia) within the past 7 days. Do not attend if you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms, or anyone known to have COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
Full safety guidelines will be provided to all delegates before the course starts.
In the event that this course is transferred to a Virtual Classroom course due to government restrictions and circumstances beyond our control, you will be provided with the option to complete the course online and refunded any difference in cost, transfer to a later course or receive a full refund.
