This half-day Introduction to Six Sigma Training Course explores the different six sigma approaches available and will introduce some practical tools for applying Six Sigma to improve quality and solve problems, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and tools for understanding the ‘voice of the customer’.

Delegates will apply this knowledge through interactive workshops guided by a Lean Six Sigma expert.
