The Bywater Approach

We like to make the whole process of booking and attending a Bywater training course as easy for you as we can.

Public courses

You can book from our website, by e-mail, phone or fax and choose your preferred payment method. All fees for public events include lunch and refreshments. Residential fees include evening meals, accommodation and breakfast. Our fees also include coursework documentation and certificates - no hidden extras.

If you attend as a residential delegate your accommodation for our public events will be at the course venue (unless there are extraordinary circumstances). We do not take your booking for the course then send you a list of hotels and leave you to sort yourself out. Bywater personnel will make all the accommodation arrangements for you and provide you with all the information you need about the venue and the course.

The Tutor will normally stay at the course venue and join residential delegates for dinner. Non-residential delegates are welcome to stay for dinner if they wish (own settlement of account applies).

Meals

We have worked with most of our public course venues for many years. They understand the important role they play in the success of our courses and they go out of their way to provide for the dietary requirements of our customers. They even "pop down the shop" for things we ask for that are not on their shelves. If there is something you want or need, please do not be afraid to ask.

In-house courses

Unless requested otherwise we provide you with an all-inclusive fee, i.e. Tutor time and expenses, coursework documentation and certificates – absolutely no extras. You will need to talk to us about your training facility, so we can be sure it is suitable and we might ask your advice about where our Tutor should stay overnight, but apart from that the Tutor and course materials will arrive for the dates and time agreed and your course will be delivered without fuss.

Course time

You join our courses to learn from our expert Tutors and we make sure you do, but please don’t forget to laugh. We will tell funny stories about our experiences and we like to hear yours. Subject to the usual limitations, jokes are permitted.

Some of our courses require us to programme quite long days. We try to vary our learning methods, have plenty of breaks and keep you supplied with refreshments, but please let us know if you need anything else.

Relationships

We value our customers and work hard to ensure our customers value us.
